Early Foundations and Inspiration
From a young age, my deep connection to real estate was nurtured by my father’s lifelong dedication to the industry, laying the foundation for my future endeavors. Watching him navigate the real estate world, and using his guidance I quickly learned to appreciate the opportunities and growth that real estate ownership offers.
A True Learning Experience: First Hands-On Investment
My journey in real estate truly began with a challenging yet rewarding project, where I learned the ins and outs of property management and renovation. The hard work of restoring a neglected property taught me the value of dedication and the tangible rewards of transforming a space into a home. Reflecting on past decisions, I recognize how strategic choices in real estate have the power to significantly impact long-term financial outcomes.
About
Nidhi Chopra is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA, IL), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) who spent over two decades in healthcare operations and finance before becoming a licensed Realtor.
She has co-owned and operated healthcare businesses, led clinic launches from site selection through to opening day, managed complex lease and vendor negotiations, and advised independent clinics on the business side of practice. She has also served on the boards of healthcare and community organizations across the GTA.
Investrea Healthcare brings that experience directly to real estate. Nidhi built this practice so that healthcare leaders have access to the level of advisory support these decisions warrant.
